The magic happens when the fruit meets our premium Chipotle in Adobo (7.6%). Smoked jalapeño peppers, onions, and tomato paste create a deep, earthy, and lingering smoke profile. Cooked down gently with Cider Vinegar and unrefined Brown Sugar, we finish the batch with a warm, expert spice blend of Garlic, Turmeric, Black Pepper and a subtle hint of Cinnamon to round out the smoky heat.

"The Reaper Jam is my answer to the 'all heat, no flavour' trend. By using tomato puree and soy sauce, we’ve created a jam that is almost more of a savoury relish. The smoke from the chipotle and the warmth of the ginger create a platform for the Carolina Reaper to really shine without just being a painful experience. It’s got a massive kick, but it’s the depth of flavour that will keep you coming back."
