Are your products vegan?

Yes, all of our products are vegan. 

Do you use any plastic packaging?

No, we aim to use zero plastic packaging where possible.

Our parcels are made from cardboard and our packing tape is paper based. Both can be recycled.

To protect your pickles in transit we use biodegradable packing nuts which can be composted or placed in the general waste. They are made from 100% cornstarch and disintegrate when they come into contact with moisture.

What do I do with the packing nuts?

Our packing nuts are biodegradable and made from 100% cornstarch and can be composted or placed in the general waste. As soon as they come into contact with moisture they disintegrate.

Try this by placing one in a cup of water. It will dissolve very quickly.

When will the Red Grape Pickles be back in stock?

We use a special variety of grape for this product that’s only available for a short time each year, so we can only produce a limited amount.

We expect to have it back in stock by October or November.

When will the big Balsamic Onions be back in stock?

The pickling onions we use are seasonal, so our Balsamic Onions will be back in stock by late October or early November. While they’ll be available then, they’ll still be quite fresh and ideally should pickle for another month or two to develop their full flavour.

Do you have any discounts or promotions available?

Currently, we offer a 5% discount code to new customers who sign up to our newsletter. It’s free to sign up and as a subscriber you’ll be the first to hear about any new discounts or promotions.

How long does shipping take?

At checkout you have a choice of first or second-class postage by Royal Mail.

At checkout, you can choose either first or second-class delivery with Royal Mail.

First class usually takes around 24 hours, and second class around 48 hours from the day we dispatch your order — though delivery times may vary depending on Royal Mail.

We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days. For example, if you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we’ll aim to send it out by the following Monday or Tuesday at the latest.

I need my pickle order urgently! What do I do??

We get it, sometimes you just need your pickles now!

Just drop us an email at hello@crookedpickle.co with your order number and we will do our best to ship out your order as quick as possible.

My order arrived not as expected. Help!

On rare occasions our pickle packing team messes up and you might end up with the wrong item or something missing. We're all human here at the Pickle HQ and not immune from making mistakes.

Just drop us a friendly email at hello@crookedpickle.co explaining what's not right and we will help you as a matter of priority.

My order was dispatched but I haven't received it. Help!

We understand how frustrating it is when your pickles don’t arrive when expected.

First, check the tracking link in your dispatch email — it will show your parcel’s journey and the estimated delivery date.

If that doesn’t clear things up, just send us a quick email at hello@crookedpickle.co explaining the issue, and we’ll make it a priority to help you out.
