This is then layered with Jalapeño Mash for a controlled, spicy kick and finished with Ginger for a subtle, warming aromatic lift.

Using Spirit Vinegar to maintain a sharp, clean tang, this jam is designed to be a versatile powerhouse in your pantry. The addition of ginger elevates the profile beyond a standard chilli jam, making it as much at home on a cheeseboard as it is in a stir-fry.

Founder’s Note:
"I wanted this jam to have more depth than your average chilli preserve. By using apple as a base and adding ginger, we’ve created a Jalapeño Jam that has layers—first the sweetness, then the fruitiness of the green peppers, followed by the heat and that lingering warmth of the ginger. It’s a bit of a kitchen Swiss Army knife."
