Spring Veg Chillililli: The Fiery Habanero Piccalilli

5.94

The Piccalilli with a Tropical Sting
Our Chillililli is where traditional British crunch meets serious Habanero heat. We’ve taken the vibrant, seasonal vegetables of a classic Piccalilli—Cauliflower, Carrots, Cucumber, and Onion—and submerged them in a bold, mustard-based sauce supercharged with a potent Habanero Chilli Mash.

Organic Depth & Artisan Spice
The base of our sauce is Cider Vinegar, providing a mellow, fruity acidity that allows the complex spice blend of Cumin, Coriander, and Cayenne to shine. Balanced with Mustard Seeds and Turmeric, this is a thick, crunchy, and unapologetically hot condiment.

Founder’s Note
"Chillililli was born from a desire to give the traditional piccalilli a bit of 'attitude'. By using habanero mash, we get that beautiful tropical fruitiness alongside the heat, which works perfectly with the natural sweetness of the carrots and cauliflower. It’s still got that classic mustard tang, but with a glowing finish that heat-seekers will love."
