Very unusual but in a good way! I would have liked a crunchier texture from the actual cloves but my god the pickling brine is delicious. It's so fragrant and because it's soy based, it's so fantastically savoury. Umami off the charts! Not great for snacking straight out of the jar (personal preference) but I found it great grated onto fried eggs on toast!

Korean garlic and balsamic onions

Loved them both. Both amazing, literally just eat them out the jar. Great snack. Not tried cooking with the garlic yet but I will. Glad I'm single my breath must be awful hahaha

Fantastic

Really good Korean pickled garlic. The main flavour is soy sauce and vinegar, like authentic Korean 마늘장아찌 (maneul jangajji). Some people have misconceptions about common Korean flavours. Good to have a place to buy it in the UK.
