It contains 3 types of dried chillies: Chipotle (mild), Habanero (hot) and Ghost (very hot!) - enough for at least 6 bottles of hot sauce. You also get a big bottle of apple cider vinegar, customisable labels, 3 hot sauce bottles and lids (for that authentic look), a funnel to get the sauce into the bottles and full instructions and recipes for Louisiana-style hot sauce and 3 further recipes using each of the different chilli varieties.
